That's because this is a free outreach service provided
by New Life Church of Christ and funded only by
donations. Voluntary donations are accepted, and all
proceeds from this outreach ministry go to support the
ministries of New Life Church of Christ.
Our atmosphere is friendly and a great place to bring someone God has laid on your heart, or
maybe just a time for you to get away from your workplace to be refreshed by your brothers and
sisters in Christ.

We are an outreach ministry.  The word
agape means "selfless love," which serves as the guiding
ideal behind our mission.  Each plate is sent with a personal devotion written by one of our
members.  We have been able to bless people in our community and in our church who have been
in need of love with random acts of kindness such as an unexpected delivery of lunch to their
workplace or home by another brother and sister in Christ.

Also, this cafe serves as a place to disciple new Christians.  Often, we find that people are hesitant
to come to church when asked but would be willing to be treated to lunch by a friend or family
member.  What a great opportunity to be in an environment away from the world!!

To-go orders can also be placed ahead of time, as long as they reach us by  5:00 the Thursday
before. For more information or to place a to-go order, please contact Lena Davis at 252-676-8798
(lenadavis73@gmail.com) or Jennifer Harris at 252-578-3287 (jennylee4342@gmail.com).

We look forward to fellowshipping with you!

Hebrews 10:22-25
"So let's do it--full of belief, confident that we're presentable inside and out.  Let's keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going.  He always
keeps his word. Let's see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshipping together as some do but spurring
each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching."
